“You get a treasure! You get a treasure! You get …”
Wow, I am blown away by the amount of participation (and great ideas) from you all. “The Great Adventure Survey of 2025” has given me much to ponder and will provide direction to Rediscovered Realms in the coming year.
I especially appreciate the encouragement many of you shared.
It can sometimes feel a bit lonely, writing into the void about stuff that may or may not be of interest to the broader audience. (I can usually tell if I missed the mark with an article by how many people unsubscribe in any given week!)
So thank you for all your comments and participation not just in last week’s survey, but throughout the year!
I think many of us who are drawn to fantasy probably have introverted tendencies. (I’m sort of an ambivert, but can only really recharge with some quality alone time!)
And for a specific segment of this audience (my generation), you might have that Gen-X aversion to exposing yourself online (not that kind of exposure - get your mind out of the gutter!) To you, I simply say, “whatever”.
All that to say - we each have our own particular interests, preferences & comfort levels, but I love it when you comment.
I’ll do the drawing for the Dungeons & Dragons: Edge of the Realms — Fields of Faerûn map-making, combo-building game in the 1st January 2026 edition.
Entries are open to ALL subscribers (paid and free) that add their thoughts to The Great Adventure Survey of 2025, so make sure to add your thoughts and get entered!
Another massive “thank you” to all the paid subscribers (members of THE 300 and ELITE ADVENTURER)! I will be sending out a separate survey to you shortly to solicit some additional feedback (and offer a small reward for your ongoing support).
Before we get to the details of the “Last Epic Fantasy Loot Giveaway (of 2025)”, I want to offer a little something to our free member tier (FREE EXPLORER).
As a thank you for being subscribers to Rediscovered Realms, any FREE EXPLORERS (free subscribers) that leave a comment in this newsletter edition by 12/31/25, will be put in a separate drawing to win a $20 DriveThruRPG gift card (which can be redeemed for digital books, RPGs, P.O.D. (Print on Demand), comics and more!)
