Hey JQ, I'm not sure if you are still questing for the "Magical colouring book" (super size), but on this site I found a further list of characters who appear in it. In addition to the cover characters:
Caruso, Filaree, Garn, Ringlerun, Merrygold, Elkhorn, Zarak, and Helayne.
Well done, pal. I'm glad you scored that lot. You've already outdone my efforts as I never managed Rescue of Ringlerun. Thanks for the scans.
And yeah, as you say, they put a good bit of effort into these, despite their cheeziness. The stories help the scant worldbuilding along with the records, storybooks and modules to give a bit of background to the LJN characters.
And there's still the Magical colouring book (super size) to keep you questing. Tally-ho!
Hey, I was looking for a way to ask you privately, but I can't find an email address. I just wanted to ask how/where you scored the Rescue of Ringlerun book?
Hi Kveto! I had been tracking that book off-and-on on eBay for several months, trying to find one that was in solid shape and wouldn't break the bank.
It seems like there were more of them available for sale than usual just before the Thanksgiving holiday, and I was able to find one that had a "buy now" option for a decent price.
Although I didn't do it for this book, you can set up alerts on eBay through saved searches - that way you get emails when any items that match your criteria come up for sale. Hope this helps!
Hey thanks. Yeah, e-bay is a bit out of my price range due to shipping costs to central Europe being more than any items price:-) I'll keep looking for an online copy.

Wow - that's really cool, thanks Kveto! Someone finally added a nice pic of the cover, too.

Thanks, friend! I appreciate your support and putting me on that magical quest in the first place! 🔮

Good luck on the "super size" quest.
That's disappointing to hear about the eBay shipping costs to your area!
Thanks so much! Looking forward to my runner up prize. These coloring books are wonderful. I love that they bothered to give them a story.
You're welcome, Geoffrey! I wholeheartedly agree with you about the included stories. It just resonates deeper and makes them more fun!
Cool finds, as always. Congrats on the magical coloring book lead.
Genuinely excited about FIST. I thought I would never get to experience that particular bit of lost media.
Thanks Jonah! I'm with you about FIST - I just hope that a landline isn't required . . . 😜
